prep time: 20 minutes chilling time: 2 hours cooking time: 10 minutes yield: 4 dozen Ingredients 1/2 cup honey (local + raw is ideal) 1/2 cup almond butter 2 tablespoons coconut oil 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 3/4 cup raw pecan halves 3/4 cup raw cashews or walnuts 1/2 cup raw almonds 5 large pitted dates, soaked in warm water for 15 minutes 1/4 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut 1/4 cup dark chocolate pieces Directions
