I guess time has flown, like they always say it does when you have kids... but thinking back on the past two years it has also seemed slow moving at times -- quitting jobs, moving in with parents, endlessly looking for homes, transitioning to a stay-at-home-mom. "The days are long, but the years are short" is a popular parenting quote I picked up somewhere and it definitely rings true. I suspect time moves exponentially with kids... the older they get, the quicker time moves on. I'm bracing myself and praying I won't forget all these little details I desperately keep trying to capture through my camera lens.
So these two years -- the adventurous time since that freezing cold December 8th in the early, early morning when Braxton finally decided to join us in a whirlwind-planned home birth. You can read about it here.
